Spain’s transparency council orders its Defence ministry to say what UAP files it holds
Spain’s Council of Transparency and Good Governance ruled on 19 August that the Ministry of Defence must, within ten working days of being notified, hand over its documentation, technical reports, files and investigations on unidentified anomalous phenomena, and list which remain classified. The ruling answers a member of the public’s request from March that the ministry had not replied to. Spain’s files for 1962 to 1995, about 1,900 pages, are already public; the request asks what has been kept since. Demócrata notes the date the ministry was formally notified has not been published, so it cannot yet say whether the deadline has been missed.

Former RAF serviceman says three silent triangles hovered over a Bali hotel
A former member of the RAF, speaking to Metro anonymously, says that on 6 July they and their partner watched three stationary, silent triangular objects about 600ft above a hotel in Seminyak, on Bali’s west coast, for 20 minutes from 6.40pm. One flashed red, pink and blue-green lights, another showed three steady green lights and the third was faint. Gary Heseltine, editor of UFO Truth Magazine, who was sent the footage, says the objects look like drones at first glance but calls them “curious and for me unidentifiedâ€. Ufologist Mark Christopher Lee suggests they were kites fitted with LED lights: the sighting fell in Bali’s kite-flying season.
