What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Round like a giant football Very bright white light about as big as a bus

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

the object was going faster than the three jet aircraft that seemed to be following it it stayed on a straight course not even moving from a straight line

Any additional comments :

The object was being followed by three jet aircraft the only noise was the aircraft engines and there flashing lights the object was going faster than the jets and was silent it stayed very bright and white in colour all the time i observed it where as the jets noise and lights were fading away in the distance it seemed to me as if the jets were escorting the object towards the hills of dembigh area north wales
