Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

three brightly lit balls of light( Naked eye) Obsevered from a telescope and binoculars the objects had rotating lights in a delta pattern of blue, red, white, green.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

They first appeared together in a triangulated form. Two of the three objects moved out slowly from the first object and spread out across the sky sometimes moving up or down. They came to a stop after placing themselves a good distance from one another, forming a straight line with the middle object slighly higher up then the other two. They remained there until we finally lost interest after about two hours.

The lights from the main object continued to rotate in a delta pattern. The other objects, their light finally diminshed to a point were they remined only white.
