What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

cigar shaped chrome shiny and it was larger than the fighter jet that was following it.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

it just moved and at fast pace

Don�t really know how to explain this but I will give it a go, at approximately 15.10 today I was sitting in my living room watching tele with my dad who was visiting and I was sitting in the chair furthest from the window when I saw a silver chrome shiny cigar shaped object move at a steady speed as I jumped out of my seat and over the coffee table to get to the window I saw a fighter plane in its pursuit, my dad not knowing what had just happened asked what I had seen but I was speechless I then ran through my house to the kitchen to see if I could see it still but all I could see was the back end of the jet that was pursuing this object, both object and plane where low in the sky so I doubt I was the only person to have seen this happen, I don�t know what else I can say about it as it happened so fast maybe you can look into if anybody else saw this, if there has been any other sightings of this could you let me know it would be much appreciated.
