Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Rectangle shaped, about the size of a football pitch. Hovering over the moon, however it was see through black, so the moon was still visible.....

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

It hovered and when i spotted it, it moved....then I had a strange idea to touch the street lamp next to me....When I got back home the whole street had a black out, and both House and car alarms were going off.

It shock me up, not only seeing it, but the fact we then had a blackout...
