Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

2 identical flashing lights in sync with one hovering almost completely vertical to the other. They were quite close to eachother and travelled Northwards at exactly the same speed without slipping out of line. As they moved into the distance they smoothly switched angles from vertical to the horizontal. At first I believed they could be army helicopters but given there was no noise yet they were so close made me think again..

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

No, it moved consistently at the same speed and just changed formation as it moved over the horizon.
