Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

I don't know the size as I do not know how far away the object was. It was a bright blue horizontal strip of light, with a red light on top, towards the front of the centre.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

I spotted it hovering out of the corner of my eye, I turned to look, whereby it sped off (faster than an aircraft would) the just vanished on the spot.
