Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Bright Orange light. Aura appox 1/16th diameter of a full moon.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Followed a West to East flightpath at regular speed (approx twice the speed of an average plane that I see over my house). The light dimmed to a pinpoint then vanished momentarily before reapearing a little further along the same trajectory.

There was no wind, no sound and the light was below a fairly solid cloud cover.
