What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

It was a pulsating amber light

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

the UFO moved east for a while, then stopped for about 2 minutes, changed direcion moved south east for about 3 minutes, stopped, started to fade until it had completly disappeared
