What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

large orange ball like a minature version of the sun when its setting

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

it moved across the sky a short distance very slowly for about 2 minutes then disapeared then about a minute after another orange light appeared in the same place as the first and moved across the sky slowly again for about the same amount of time then disappeared
