What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

looked like stars, completely round bright white

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

there were 6 off them and they all moved in diff directions and changed direction quickly

8 of us saw them and there were 6 of them moving two fast to be planes for their height and size. one of them also split in to two. I have looked at the skys in great detail for years (my father is an astronomer) and I have never seen anything so weird. they were not planes, satelites, meteors as I have seen these on many occasions.
