Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Rotating cylinder with a bright white light on the bottom and a spinny item on top that moved left and right.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

They moved erractically and at different heights and speeds. They were flying very low, way too low to be a plane and too fast for a hot air balloon.

Any additional comments :

There were 4 of them all following the same route with the same distance between. Although there was a constant distance between them their movement was still erratic.
