What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Bright white light, round, size of golfball

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

came along the nearside of car at incredable speed stopped for what seemed like a millisecond then shot off at 90 degree angle and dissapeared in the distance in a second

This was a return journey from wellingborough to milton keynes, the object appeared as we were passing newport pagnell going towards the M1 motorway junction 14 the object was travelling to fast to be an aircraft of any discription and was just a pure white ball no other lights, it seemed to pass us heading towards the motorway going west then stop and travel parralell with the M1 south extremely fast. excuse my spelling. very strange!!
