Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Oval shaped, difficult to estimate its size, due to poor light and not close to me. It appeared about the same size that the moon would appear if viewed from my position. It was in a south-westerly direction, behind some nearby trees. A lot of slowly rotating lights, with flashing green red and blue lights every 5 seconds.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

I was in the house when the power went out. When I looked outside through the kitchen window, I saw the bright light. First I thought it was a helicopter but then I realised there was no sound.

It was nearby a power plant and when he dissapeared the lights went back on.
