What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to
terrestrial objects/lights/colour : |
There were three objects. They were bright orange and spread apart by an equal distance, moving in the same direction. |
Did the UFO do any
strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :
The first light we saw looked like an orange star. It was quite high in the sky and moving very slowly, getting higher and higher as it moved towards a full moon, the harvest moon, I think. There were no clouds in the sky and the air was absolutely still. Me and my dad watched it for a minute or so and thought it was strange but we were not too concerned until we saw another light much lower in the sky. We listened intently but couldn't hear a sound. I thought that perhaps it was a flare of some kind but what I couldn't understand was that it went higher and higher until it disappeared from view. I have seen a flare before and I am aware that they eventualy come down. These lights just kept going higher and higher. Also, I should point out that East Kilbride is nowhere near the sea and so if a flare was in the sky it would be very unusual. A minute or two passed as we watched the second light and then to my utter amazement I saw yet another light this time even lower in the sky. I ran towards it hoping to hear a sound, possibly the sound of a burning flame but there was nothing. By this time I was totally astonished. We watched it disappear into the glow of the moon. I say again that the night was perfectly clear and there wasn't a drop of breeze. The leaves on the trees were rigid yet these three orange lights just kept on rising. When I got home I called East Kilbride police station to register my sighting then I put this report on your website. I have never seen anything like it in my life. |
