Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

there were 3 solid red lights moving across the sky in a v formation, then they turned in my direction and slowed down to roughly 15-20 mph about 20ft away so i got a good loock at them. i saw 3 faint disc shaped objects with a bulge on top.the objects were emiting a solid red light underneath and a revolving blue light encircling the bulge.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :
