What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

huge round bright green light object. rotated and looked like it had 2 parts.about 100 feet up

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

after it turned it shot off impossibly fast and disappeared

Many cars around me saw it too. A policeman in front of me actually stopped and got out of his car and looked where it had been. Just before this happened my cell phone acted strangely- it's never done this before or since.
