What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Object was about 35 degrees from overhead travelling from SSW to ENE. It was bright orange indicating that is was something burning up in the atmosphere. There was no vapour trail. It was visible untill the rooftops obscured it and total visibility time was 45 secs to ` min. Could it have been a Shuttle fuel tank?

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :
