Sighting Details
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
Bright Orange Triangular Shape, difficult to tell ow high up but beneath cloud cover, quite large
saw 2 orange lights in distance headingg towards me, within seconds they flew overhead, 7 in total flew overhead equally spaced and going faster than anything i have seen.

went out the back of my girlfriends parents house in Manchester, England, UK, for a cigarette, looked up to see if it would rain when i noticed 2 orange lights aproaching from the south, as they drew nearer i could see they were going really fast, i shouted on my girlfriend who came out in time to see them as they went past overhead, the lights were triangular and orange there was no sign of any solid object just the light, was flame looking. She went back in to put on shoes and i turned round to see another 2 heading the same as before, same height and speed and distance apart, asthey passed overhead there was absolutely no sound coming from them. There was a total of 7 within a 1 minute time frame from the first sighting. Estimate from first sighting of them in the distance which would be almost the horizon to passing overhead took around 10-15seconds. They also flew over the main flightpath to Manchester Int Airport. Would be interested to know if not unexplained could they possibly have been military, after taking in what we had just saw my gut feeling was that they were missiles. Sighting was witnessed by my girlfriend and her father who is a maths teacher as well as my self, none of us had been drinking or do drugs.
