Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

cylinder shape. Smooth on bottom but jagged on top. Brown in outline but didn't look solid. Appeared hollow, like a drawing. UFO wasn't obscured by the cloud and so we might have been observing a bright ring shining through the cloud with the main body covered by cloud. Due to height I would estimate size at around 20 metres in length.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

UFO moved in a straight line following an easterly direction. It moved at a constant speed (quite fast ) and was completely silent.
