Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Blue and Green, glow, appeared to be spinning, photograph showed lines going vertical, photo taken over 3 seconds indicating object was spinning. Left side glowing green, right side glowing blue, white lines down object, spherical in shape. Botton of object seemed to have 'dent', almost like a jellyfish. Object a lot larger than surrounding stars.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

UFO slowly moved across the sky before it disappeared behind tower block.
