Sighting Details
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
A white light, very small, very slow which changed to red in a slow pulse. Sounds like a plane or helicopter, right? But it went left, right and there was no green (red = left, green = right on planes and helicopters)
It hovered for a couple of minutes, the pulsing of red and white didn't seem to have a rhthym and it went left and right every once and a while as if it was lost.

It could have been a personal helicopter way up there in Southern Bellingham, but the behavior and time hovering over Chuckanut Mountain don't jive with human activity. Seeing as we could not identify the object, even with a powerful spotting scope- it truly was a UFO.
