Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Red glowing ball, quite in the distance so i couldnt tell.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

It was moving slowy but was not a plane or helicopter beacuae it dived into the sea and then came back out and hover again before going back in.

 

How long did you see the UFO for :

Any additional comments :

a few other people where i was noticed it and commented on how strange it was they thort it was a flare until it bouced back out f the water.
