What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

OVAL, LIKE A DISTANT CAR HEADLIGHT

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

IT SEEMED TO BE INSIDE A CLOUD AND MOVING FROM ONE SIDE OF THE CLOUD TO THE OTHER IN A SIDEWAYS MOVEMENT.

I keep an open mind on ufo's. At the time I considered all possibilities lights, lazers, stars, aircraft, etc but on this occassion I could not explain what I saw, ufo? some sort of electrical storm? I don't know but what I saw I could not explain. I am a professional person and had just finished work that morning and walking my dog, so if anyone is thinking I was drunk, sorry you're wrong.
