What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
Looked almost feather like, thin and black.
While on Lufthansa Flight #456 enroute from Frankfurt, Germany to Los Angeles, CA on May 24, 2007 at approx.10:30 AM, PDT at 33000 ft, outside temp -72, air speed 620 mph, I saw near Mt. Rainier Washington a wispy, almost featherlike object that appeared to be changing shape. It was virtually at the same altitude as the plane (Boeing 747-700) and as we passed it seemed to be heading in the opposite direction. It may have been our perspective as we moved, but it seemed to stretch into a long straight black line and moved away from us. Couldn't have been a bird at that altitude and outside temp, and it didn't have random movements like a weather ballon. There were no other clouds anywhere near it. Can't imagine what it was! It was not saucer or disc shape.

What struck me was it's very dark color - definitely black. Saw nothing else that day in the sky that looked anything close to this. Anyone have any ideas??
