3 bright white lights

The lights were very bright then faded very slowly

Any additional comments :

When I first spotted them I thought they were parascenders. Then I realised they weren't moving. They were very high up. Gradually over a 15 minute period the white light faded, or appeared to get higher, until they were just a pin-prick of light.
