Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Size: About the size of the smallest car. Shape: Round like a disc, not balloon shaped. Colour: Looked black but could have been any darker shade.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Moved at constant speed in straight line until out of sight. I noticed the object was clearly spinning or rotating (as a rolling ball would and not how a spinning top would.)

Any additional comments :

I have become quite unnerved by this sighting since it cannot be explained away. It was clearly not a balloon. About 10 minutes after the sighting a fighter jet flew over my house (at very low altitude)going in the same direction to that which the object was heading. Do you think these sort of things happen all the time and are covered up the Governemnt?
