What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

It was a circle shape, wider at the bottom, lights all around it. just hanging by the top of some trees as I went past as a passenger in a car, the person driving saw it too

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

It just "hung " in the air, then lights came on an it moved quicker than I have ever seen anything move before
