Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

It seemed square in shape and moved from west to east quite slowly, but without any visible propulsion. It looked the size of a small car from where we were standing & was black in colour. My friend noticed it before me, so i only saw it travelling across the sky for about 5 seconds before it went behind a tall building.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

It moved completely parralel to the ground and slower than any other flying object I've seen.

I wish I could have seen it as early as my friend did and could have some kind of explanation of what it was.
