Sighting Details
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
Green and red flashing lights in shape of a globe , size difficult to judge.. perhaps a third of a small one man helicopter??
Hovered for at least 5min with no sound... at which point I got the distinct feeling it knew I was watching. A burst of light (and faint accompanying 'pffissh' sound) went of very nearby to it. At which point it started moving very slowly with a very low hum (almost like and aircraft that is on the ground with engines running but too faint for the proximity), over my head and over the house with hardly any sound save for the hum

DEFINATELY NOT A PLANE OR HELICOPTER!!! Thought I'd seen a white flash of a light beam through the clouds moments before I'd seen the object, but originally put it down to imagination or a shooting star. Cannot find any logical explanation!?
