What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

No shape discernible, just a brilliant bluish-white light that came on suddenly, made a right angle turn upward for a short distance, another right angle turn in the opposie direction for a distance, then went off as suddenly as it came on.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Signal Mountain, aka Walden's Ridge, was about ten miles from my home in Chattanooga, Tennessee.••••I have thought for some time that maybe UFO should be called UAS's for "Unidentified Aerial Sighting" as the sightings are not necessarily 'flying'in the usual sense, and may not be an'Object'as such. Agree? Disagree?
