Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

At first thought it was a black plastig bag, but it was flying in a straight line at speed. It was a black object then looked like a flying chair. The size was to big to be a bird maybe 5 feet high.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Was traveling at a fast speed.
