Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

bright orange light (like it was on fire) with smoke above it. Only pea from my view but must have been bigger than a jumbo jet. Diamond shaped - (diamond on it's size )

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

Very high up and slowly descending - suddenly disappeared.

Any additional comments :

incrediably high up and appeared to be on fire must have been very large as it seemed to be a couple of miles away. Had definate smike coming from it. Night sky was quite clear and cold fine weather. Very strange and unexplained event. Disappeared in an instance.
