Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

A bright red light with three flashing white lights around the edge. The object was several miles away and it was dark, so thos was all i could recall

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

The UFO moved a distance of around 25 miles in a period of time no longer than 47 seconds. The UFO then met up with a bright white light over Hartlepool and they hovered together for 20 seconds before descending rapidly below the horizon.
