Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

hundreds of red orbs moving in lines or formation. they then split and moved very quickly all over the place. I then got my girlfriend as i thought it could be a meteor shower. it was then that a blue flash would light the sky. still these small red orbs were moving around the sky.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

A larger red orb moved over to the west and hovered. it then seemed to generate other smaller orbs and then dissapear.
