What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
The lower half was a balloon shaped neon blue bulb that glowed and above it was a shiny silver parachute shaped object that was connected to the neon blue bulb by three perfectly straight wires or rods.
Yes, it hovered swiftly and then once it reached the tree lines, which were close to me it dissapeared. The trees did not have very many leaves on it and the object would have been visible had it passed behind the trees.

It was a cloudy night with minimal moonlight so it was strange that the objects looked like they were reflecting from a bright light source. I have never seen anything like this in my life so it was difficult to judge the proportions of the objects; it was either close making it smaller or farther back making it very large. It was flying at a rather steep downward angle about 45 degrees, so if it was smaller and close it most likely would have hit a building which leads me to believe it was father back and large. There were other people who sitting around me who wittnessed it aswell and were equally puzzled.
