What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

It was a blue neon ligt with a blue tail in shape of ball/ovule. He comes from Nortwest and goes to Southwest. UFO is flying approximately for me no more than 3.000- 4.000 m

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :
