Red light, bubble like.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

gathered pace but could be due to my perspective

Any additional comments :

The object was lower than a normal light aircraft would be. There was no sound preceding the sighting or after the sighting. The light was more orange than red and seemed to become bubble like. I thought it was a flare at first bu this did not extinguish and was on a sound vertical horizontal course rather than vertical.
