What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

dome shaped or flying saucer shape more rounded than a flying saucer it looked big in the sky and had a light on the top of it and one on the bottom of it and flashing lights that went around in the middle the whole middle was flashing lights

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

the ufo was just hovering for what seemed like ages

I was standing at a bus stop with other 2 or 3 other people nobody said anything but we were all looking at it, it seemed surreal but it definetly wasnt an airballoon or plane I know what I saw.
