Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Circular eminating a very bright vivid red glow before fading out completely as it went into the distance. No sound was emitted which made me think this was no aircraft .And it was low. Possible connection to merseyside sightings?

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

The glow faded got brighter faded before fading completely.
