Grey in color classic two plates on top of each other type shape, there was a type of distortion behind it,
it maintained steady speed

I was looking south of orion after watching the sky at night looking for a planet i dont remember which one, when i saw a light which i thought at first was a plane, this kept disapearing, which i thought was because of cloud, i was keen as i hadnt had my 10X50 Binos long, so i continued to observere the light still thinking it was a plane, till it got close for me to observe the classic ufo shape and be in no dought that it wasnt a plane. may i add i had been very keen on all things military from an early age and had good aircraft recon skills even at that age.
