Iam writing this on behalf of my 13 year old daughter who told me this morning that she was awoken from her sleep by a pulsating sound.She got out of bed and could not understand why the household was not waking up as it was loud. She looked out of the living room window and saw the light above a shop about 300 yards away she felt scared and ended up going back to bed.
