What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

seemed to have rotational flashing red green and white lights. and moved very irratically.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

yes , it was travelling towards me then stopped. it then moved to the right and shot up quite quickly.

phoned raf marham, planes ceased flying at 0000 (midnight). area is restricted airspace so no other aircraft should be in the area.sighting ongoing at time of report.
