What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :
It was a light-green light moving across the sky. It was the same size and speed of a helicopter. However, unlike a helicopter, it had no sound and the light was green and not flashing.

Any additional comments :
I have tried to think of possible explanations. It wasn't a firework because it went too far, too long. It wasn't a fire lantern because it went too fast and there was little wind. I don't know of any military bases in the area but that would seem like the most likely explanation.
