Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

it was dark and the first i saw was a bright red light coming towards us low to the ground across a corn field

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

it was hovering above the cornfield opposite and then started to circle the ground slowly as though it was looking or scanning for something until two other cars came along the stretch of road where we were parked and it just dissappeared

i filmed it with my mobile but not much came out just random flashes of red light, obviously i and my mates were really scared so filming was a bit panicked
