What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

Two V-shaped orange lights travelling at speed west to east. They appeared like a firework, but then travelled quickly across the sky and stopped for a short time and appeared to remain in that position.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

NO

We travelled home to Marple (2 miles) so that we could report the siting, but were unable to see them again.
