Sighting Details

What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour :

I couldn't see good, but it was going slow and it made a very strange noise, completely different than a helicopter or an airplane. It was flashing red lights.

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly :

It was very strange because it went to east first, and 1 minute later it was coming back and went to west and 1 minute later again to south... My dad said it was a helicopter but i'm sure it was not... cause a helicopter couldn't fly with the flashing lights always at the same position and consequently fly in 4 other directions... my UFO did it.
