i see them all the time, theire very very tall, long arms, flexible and transparent almost . more like camaflauged. they stand in every corner of my room

Have you experienced any weird things since the abduction, e.g. strange marks on your body? If so, please describe them:
when it happened i ws laying in bed, about 6:00 a.m. i was barely awake and feeling prett good. all the sudden, i couldent breath and every thing went black, my body was shaking and i was trying to gasp for air. all i could do was hear a really loud noise, like someone blowing in your ear or something, i then came out of it was freaked out, then it happened again, a couple seconds later. after it happened i was terrified, becuase i knew it was them . i didnt want to move because they were standind in very corner of my room. they are so tall they bend at the ceiling. i can tell when they are there because they try to blend in with the things around them, but things just really look out of place.

they try to communicate with me, but i dont know how, and im really afraid of them, ive had ther experiences too, im a twin. and one night in my sleep, she woke up and saw 9 of the aliens around me. she described them to me, and they were the same. they dont want her though. all i know is they torment me, and i really want help. so if any one can help me, please do.
