CSIGHTING DETAILS
What did the UFO look like, shape/size in relation to terrestrial objects/lights/colour:
It initially was a cylindrical black shape with like a fork at the rear.
Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:
The fork shape at the back closed together, at this time it was ascending. Once the fork had closed it became horizontal and was a tube shape.
Any additional comments:
As I stated earlier we were flying over mainland Spain. We were travelling at approx 541 miles an hour and at an altitude of 34,500 feet. The object was clearly keeping up speed with us and when it moved away gained speed moving in a sideways direction.
