Circular disk shape with lights underneath flashing in a rotary fashion

Did the UFO do any strange things like hover and then zoom off quickly:

Hover 100ft above ground, then disappeared

I am very sceptical about this sort of thing but since my sighting I am converted to a believe as there is no logical explanation for what it was.
